She brought our visions to life from our table arrangements, my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and the men’s boutonnières. I created a Pinterest vision and she truly made it all better than I could have imagined. I love how my bridal bouquet felt so organic, fresh, and full! My bridesmaids loved their bouquets as well and our table settings felt so perfect and simple for our relatives. We used Kallie for our wedding and I have been recommending her to all friends and family ever since — and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know! From the very beginning, Kalie truly listened to our needs, wants, and budget. She customized a floral plan that was exactly what we were hoping for and was incredibly honest and helpful in finding ways to stay within budget without compromising our vision.
She was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and I genuinely felt that our florals and arrangements were unique, thoughtful, and one-of-a-kind. She went above and beyond on the logistics as well — coordinating with my maid of honor to handle rented items after the wedding so she wouldn’t have to bother us as newlyweds. On the day of, she delivered everything seamlessly and even provided napkins and disposable containers to make transport and cleanup effortless.
One of the sweetest surprises was that she gifted us ornaments made with flowers from my bouquet — such a meaningful, personal keepsake that we’ll treasure forever.

Kalie absolutely knocked it out of the park with her florals and gorgeous rentals! In preparation for our event, Kalie thoughtfully prepared a proposal for our wedding that helped us really visualize what our day would look like. Chatting with Kalie ahead of time on Zoom was so helpful in verbally processing the day and our vision for it. Kalie put together the florals for our altar, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and reception florals. Kalie also provided gorgeous rentals that made the storybook wedding/reception of our dreams a reality. On the day of, Kalie was a delight to work with and went straight to work executing our vision. Kalie and her teammate also just happened to find four leaf clovers at our venue and thoughtfully incorporated them into our sweetheart table- they are now pressed in our vow books and we will cherish them for a lifetime! We would wholeheartedly recommend Kalie for her creative brilliance with florals and rentals and are incredibly thankful to have had her expertise for our day.

Kalie and her team were absolutely incredible for our 10/05/24 wedding at Burlap & Bells in Black River Falls, WI. Leading up to the wedding, she completely saw my vision of leaning into the autumnal vibes of early October in the pines and brought the most gorgeous colors of fall into our arch flowers, bouquets, and table decor!
I brought my own bud vases for the reception tables, as the vases were the same glass bottle my own mom had used as decoration at her wedding in 1999, and Kalie was game to use them! She made the tables look so simply elegant and brought the fall energy from the outdoor ceremony into our reception space. Her team was also extremely flexible when I decided I also wanted to use larger vases for the head table for our bouquets to go in after the ceremony.
Seriously, I cannot recommend Kalie Nicole Events enough for florals, the flowers brought the whole vibe together and made our wedding so gorgeous!

Wow… Where do I even begin. I was an out of state bride and found Kalie via Instagram. I knew after our first meeting that Kalie was the one for the job. Kalie was able to capture exactly the vision and style we were going for. She is the kindest, sweetest, and hardworking person. We received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful the floral arrangements were.
She checked in multiple times during the planning process and made the process stress free. I was a few states away and on a military deployment during the planning process, but Kalie was able to coordinate and accommodate me during various time zones. She also took time out of her day to do a venue walkthrough and suggested edits to enhance the space and the overall vision and feel. We did forget our table numbers back at the hotel, and Kalie has some on hand and was able to save us at the last minute. Thank you for making our day so special! We are so grateful for you!
